Preflight control

To ensure personal safety at the airport and on board the aircraft, the airport enforces a number of mandatory procedures.

Pre-clearance points are established at the entrance to the passenger terminal building. Any person entering the airport terminal will be screened and inspected with the use of the scanning equipment.

Then the passengers are requested to check in at the service counters and proceed to the preflight control.

Please have your boarding pass and your personal ID ready to present to the security control officer.

It is prohibited to carry the following dangerous items and substances on board the aircraft: flammable liquids and solids, toxic substances, radioactive materials, compressed and liquefied gases, explosives, oxidizers - organic peroxides, bleaching and caustic agents and corrosives, knives and other sharp objects. The list of prohibited items and substances on board the civil aircrafts is established by the order of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation, No.104 dated July 25, 2007.

The import of alcoholic beverages and items for their illegal manufacture into the territory of the Utrenny oil and gas condensate field is prohibited

Liquids in Hand Luggage

According to the order of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation, No.104 dated July 25, 2007, liquids in hand luggage are subject to special regulation.

Passengers are allowed to take liquids in their carry-on luggage if such liquids are packed in up to 100ml containers, placed in a transparent one-liter re-sealable plastic bag. The total volume of containers allowed for carriage may not exceed one liter per passenger. Liquid containers larger than 100ml are not allowed in the hand luggage even if containers are filled only partially. Each passenger may have only one plastic bag in the hand luggage. Plastic bags are available for passengers for free at the control areas.

Please place any other liquids that are allowed for carriage by air but do not meet this regulation to the checked luggage.

Weapons

Any passenger with weapons and ammunition (including cold arms and gas guns) must inform the aviation security officer prior to the preflight control process. Any legal weapons must be handed in for further processing and transfer to the crew for temporary storage during the flight. Any weapon formalities and transfer will be performed in a weapons room on Floor 1 of the passenger terminal, on the right of the check-in counters.

Dear Passengers! Please do not accept from other persons any suitcases, packages or other items on board the aircraft. You are also advised not to accept any items for temporary storage in lounge facilities and adjacent areas.

Please do not touch, move or act upon any unattended items. Do not use your mobile phones while being closer than 50 meters to such items.
